FARM BUTCHERY

Halloween is upon us! We still have a range of homegrown pumpkins on sale for last-minute purchases!

Every week we have a table of fresh homegrown vegetables on sale in the butchery and a range of homemade pies and tarts. This week we have our minced beef, carrot & onion pies, and our homemade pasties on sale, plus homemade sausage rolls and tarts.

We are also pleased to bring you a range of lovely locally made preserves and chutneys all of which are handmade using only traditional, domestic methods and simple, natural ingredients. All of the fruits and vegetables are grown locally and freshly picked, then hand-cut, hand stirred, and poured, before each jar is hand-filled and capped the old fashioned way. They are free from artificial preservatives, colorings, and additives.

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING AT TALTON MILL – SUPPORT LOCAL

Due to Covid-19 this year we have taken the decision NOT to hold our annual Christmas Fair but instead, we have offered stallholders the opportunity to sell their products across a few Saturdays in the run-up to the festive period. We will feature a few socially distanced stalls each week in both the farm butchery building and outside the Mill Woodhouse Cafe. There will be a wonderful range of quality products available each week and we very much hope you will pop down and support local. Please see further details below. We would also be grateful if you could spread the word to your families and friends too.
