SUPPER CLUB EVENTS 2018.

At Talton Mill we love bringing people together to enjoy good, honest food in quirky, rustic surroundings.Our monthly Supper Club is held in the Mill Woodhouse on the third Friday of each month from 7pm onwards. We feature a different culinary theme each time using only our own home-reared or locally sourced farm meat and vegetables. In the warmer months we light the fire pit and make use of the outdoor canopy and gardens alongside the millstream. Pre-booking is essential. By joining the Talton Mill Supper Club you will receive regular updates on our monthly meals, newsletters, recipes and priority booking.

 

As a Talton Mill Supper Club Member we are pleased to bring you advanced notice of our Supper Club events from January through to July 2018 – held on the third Friday of every month in The Mill Woodhouse from 7pm onwards. We feature a different culinary theme each time using only our home-reared or locally sourced farm meat and vegetables. Vegetarians are catered for too (please specify on booking or e.mail us at least one week prior to the event). In the warmer months (and weather permitting) we will light the fire pit and make use of the outdoor canopy and gardens alongside the millstream. Pre-booking is essential.

Friday 19th Jan – Wassail & Cider Tasting with The Ciderologist. £25.00 per head.
Home reared, slow cooked pork and apple casserole with baked potato and greens. Spiced pear cake and cream. Coffee and a sweet treat. Price includes a short Wassail and 3 ciders and tutored cider tasting with Gabe Cook ’The Ciderologist’. This is a licensed event. THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT

Friday 16th February – Talton Roast Beef Sharing Board Supper. £22.50 per head.
Home reared beef roasting joint, carved and brought to your table on a sharing board and accompanied by fresh locally sourced vegetables, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Hot chocolate brownies and salted caramel sauce. Coffee and a sweet treat. All boards serve either 2, 4 or 6. Bring your own alcohol. THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT

Friday 16th March – Talton Steak & Ale Pie Supper.  £17 per head.  7pm start.
Homemade pie using our own Angus beef steak and local ale.  Served with fresh greens and root mash.  Lemon roulade and berry compote.  Coffee and a sweet treat. Friday 20th July – Talton Summer “Bath-e-cue” Supper. £20.00 per head. PAYBAR & LIVE MUSIC. 7pm start.
A summer time special!  A selection of home reared Talton BBQ meats cooked on our converted Victorian bath known as the ‘Bathecue’. Served with a delicious selection of salads and artisan bread and followed by a variety of puddings.
